The Menagerie is a points-based rewards programme that allows members to earn rewards for orders placed on www.emmajshipley.com

Simply create an account or sign in to your existing account to join.

You earn 5 points for every £1 spent online. So if you spend £10 that's 50 points and if you spend £100, that's 500 points! You can also earn points by completing tasks on our rewards page, including "follow us on Facebook" and "Sign up to our newsletter".

Yes. They will expire after 12 months, so make sure you are making the most of our roaring rewards and spending them sooner rather than later!

You can redeem points as rewards. Depending on how many points you have will affect how high your reward will be. For example, if you have 500 points you can claim a £5 voucher but if you have 1000 points, you can claim a £10 voucher.

Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

Your points will be pending in your account until you are outside of the returns period of your most recent order.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact our customer services team and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
