I’m so pleased to share that our Lynx bedding has been chosen as Best Patterned Bedding 2026 in The Independent’s IndyBest round-up of the year’s best bedding sets, tested and reviewed by interiors editor Ali Howard. It’s a piece of work I’m genuinely proud of, so to see it sitting alongside such a considered selection of brands, and singled out for its design, means a great deal.
A Wild Win: Our Lynx Bedding Named “Best Patterned Bedding 2026” by The Independent

Ali described the Lynx set as one “for those who appreciate the finer things in life,” and called the design “bold and fantastical,” picking out the “winged lynx, peacock tails, starry skies” and the “rich mix of blush, emerald and pistachio tones.” She also flagged the calmer charcoal-and-blush reverse, “so you can dial things up or down depending on your mood”, which is exactly how I always hoped people would live with it.
She wrote about the fabric, too - 100 per cent cotton sateen, 275 thread count, with a “smooth, silky feel that sits nicely against the skin”, and noticed the details we’ve deliberated over for years: the internal ties, the button fastenings, the choice of Oxford pillowcases with piping, the matching drawstring bags. It’s heartening to see those things picked up on, because they’re the parts of the process I care most about.

The Lynx itself began life on the page of a sketchbook - a creature drawn from imagination as much as observation, surrounded by the things that have always pulled my eye: feathers, stars, a sense of something half-fantasy, half-real. Translating it onto cotton sateen and getting the colours to sing in both the blush and navy colourways took a long time and a lot of conversations with the wonderful makers we work with. A thank-you here is owed to them as much as anyone.
And to anyone reading this who has bought a piece, sent us a photograph of it on their bed, or pointed a friend in our direction - thank you. You’re the reason we get to keep creating new treasures each year.
