Our standard UK delivery starts at £3.50 for orders under £75 and is free of charge when you spend over £75. For delivery charges to Europe and the rest of the world, see herePlease take these dates into consideration when making any last-minute xmas purchases - these dates are guidelines set by the Royal Mail and we can't guarantee delivery dates. If you're short of time, we recommend using our Express Delivery.

We've added next day delivery for deliveries within the UK and have express delivery options for all you last minute shoppers in different parts of the globe. Choose your preferred delivery option at checkout.

Our standard delivery charges are as follows:

Standard UK delivery: from £3.50 on orders under £75
FREE when you spend over £75
European delivery charge: £15
Australia and USA delivery charge: £15
Hong Kong and UAE delivery charge: £25
Rest of World delivery charge: £20

We aim to ship all products within 2 working days of receiving an order. In the UK we use a first class signed for service. Overseas, we use a tracked service, and we will send you confirmation along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are despatched. If your order is particularly urgent or you require it in time for a certain date or special occasion, please let us know in the instructions box at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate this. 

Please note that these charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

All deliveries require a signature on accepting. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
