Following on from the success of our Pegasus collection of bags and scarves, launched last year, we were delighted to preview a brand new range of Pegasus bags as part of their Autumn/Winter 2017 collection. Our hand drawn designs star on a range of bags to be released by Aspinal later this year - read on to find out more...
The theme for the presentation was "A Night at the Theatre"; the ballroom at Claridges Hotel was transformed into a theatre-esque room, filled with opulent and luxurious furnishings. Red velvet was a continuous theme, and the walls were adorned with designs that evoked a true sense of watching a show. For example, their upcoming large leather totes were featured prominently in a 'box' style display.

The real reason we attended the event was to take a peek at our new collection with Aspinal - and we couldn't be happier with the result. Aspinal have re-invented the original Pegasus design, and transferred it onto a new range of leather and canvas rucksacks! These bags will come in a cream or navy leather, and feature either the Pegasus design or the starry galaxy scene on its own. What's more, the collection will consist of a variety of sizes - oversized rucksacks and smaller, more compact backpacks.
Hand-drawn pearly constellations, planets, galaxies and shooting stars surround the mythical Pegasus on these magical new styles. Additionally, the original Pegasus Trunk and Clutch have been re-worked; hand-embellished with Swarovski jewels, gems and 23 carat gold dust, added entirely by hand by artist Annie Newman.
